Pre-Orders
Please be aware that while all
pre-orders will be fulfilled, date of fulfillment is subject to
stock on hand. Pre-orders are on a first come, first-served basis.
oztechpc cannot therefore guarantee shipping date.
Paying by Credit Card
We gladly accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover, , and Diners
Club. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Please see our Privacy and Security
Statement for more information about your credit card safety. If
your shipping address is different from your billing address,
oztechpc requires that this address be listed on your credit card
account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can

Continental U.S. Shipments
Freight charges
include prepaid insurance should your package be lost or damaged. If
your package is lost or damaged, please send us an e-mail at sales@oztechpc.com
or contact our Customer Service Center at 1-316-944-1010 for a
replacement order. At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO
addresses.
(Please note: Unfortunately, our insurance does not
cover shipments made using your shipper identification
account.)
International
Shipments
We will gladly ship internationally, unless
shipments are restricted by law. To determine eligibility for
international shipping, please e-mail us or call
316-944-1010 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your order
and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs
clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight
calculation and are the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer's limited warranties for internationally shipped
products may vary or be null and void.
(NOTE: Shipments that are
not retrieved from customs are not covered by our
insurance.)
Export
To comply with
certain vendor agreements and government regulations, oztechpc
reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United
States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you
are responsible for the necessary export documentation before
shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for
exported products may vary or be null and void.

New Product
Manufacturer's Warranties
All new products are sold with
the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service
varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such
warranty is available, free of charge, upon written request

. oztechpc also offers 2 and 3 years Technology Assurance Plans
for an additional cost.
Rebate Information
To retrieve rebates for

For items purchased
in a oztechpc retail store
Items purchased from oztechpc and
returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original
receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds
or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in new condition, including the original box,
packaging, manual and accessories.
An open box fee equal to
15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless

time of refund or exchange.

To return items purchased
from oztechpc PC, you must either (a) return the items to a oztechpc
store location (find the store nearest you by clicking here) within fourteen
(14) days from the date of invoice, with your original receipt,
invoice or packing slip, or (b) call our Customer Satisfaction
Department at 1-316-944-1010 within fourteen (14) days from the
invoice date (same as ship date) for a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number.
No refunds or exchanges are
allowed after fourteen (14) days. All returns must be accompanied by
the original receipt, invoice or packing slip.
RMA numbers
are valid for seven (7) days from date of issuance. Returns should
be shipped to the address given by the Customer Satisfaction
Department along with the RMA number. The RMA number must appear on
your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the
box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
- To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned
with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in
original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals
and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result
in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
